Conditions
- "Lorresnor Creations" calculates a fixed contribution in her forwarding charges from € 3,50 for orders till 5 kg to Dutch delivery adresses.
- We don't calculate forwarding charges for orders more than € 75,00 to Dutch delivery adresses. For all other rates see Forwarding charges.
- We don't calculate banking charges.
- The colours on the photographs can differ a bit from the original.
- If you doubt about measures, colour, material etc. or for advice, please mail us !!! info@lorresnor.nl
- When you've placed your order, you'll get an affirmation with all relevant information by email immediatly.Within 2 days you'll receive a definitive affirmation by email to verify the information.
- We reserve your order for 10 days maximum, from the moment we did sent the definitive affirmation email to you.
- Within these 10 days we like to receive your payment at our bankaccount nr. 4599759 from Lorresnor Creaties, Nieuwegein (The Netherlands). Immediatly after receiving your payment, your ordered goods will be sended to you.
- If we didn't receive your payment within this 10 days, we'll send you an aid to memory by email.
- If you don't give any reaction within 2 days we'll cancel your order and put the articles back on sale.
- All orders will be handled on order of entry.
- In spite of our efforts to keep up our site as accurate as possible, incidentally it's possible that someone else has reserved an article just before you wanted to order it. In this case, we'll always send you a message.
- We send our articles by TPG-post in re-used packing, which leave us in reliable condition. Sending will happen on working-days and eventually on saturday till 12.00 pm.
- "Lorresnor Creations" will not take any responsability for damage or loss from the ordered articles during it's transport by TPG-post. It's possible to insure the order. At Forwarding Charges you can learn more about this. Please, make a notice in the field Remarks about this.
- Of course it's possible to Exchange and return, but on following terms.
- Aren't you satisfied, in spite of all good good care and eventual provided extra information, please do this:
- Announce us by email within 3 days after receiving the goods.
- Also notice in your email if you want to choose a replacement or if you want to receive back the purchase price.
- When you choose to receive a replacement, we won't calculate forwarding charges again. If you choose to receive back the purchase price, the forwarding charges won't be reimbursed.
- Please, take care that the article that you want to return is in the original state, not worn, not washed, clean, undamaged and with fastened article-labels.
- Send the article for return, reliable packed (rather in the original, well hidden packing) within 7 days.
- After we received your shipment and it's in a state as noticed in the above mentioned conditions, we'll immediatly send you the eventual replacement or remit the purchase price at your bankaccount.
NB: By provisions of the law is determined that you as consumer may decompose the bargain of an article in a web-shop (without reason) within seven days after receiving the articles. Do as described above.
