How to recycle a cassette-tape?

Crochet a "Lijsje Lorresnor net-bag" from it.

Made of pieces of cotton, crochet-yarn and .....cassette-tape.

This not really common combination produced a cool bag.

The tasty chocolate-brown of the tape makes a fine combination with the ecru yarn.

The sunny yellow cotton pieces of the bag are strengthend.

The bottom, made of the lining of a coat, is wadded.

In the upper brim lace-holes are driven in for the shoulder-belts.

Because of cassette-tape itself isn't of course so strong, the ecru yarn was also used.
